Electric Fireplace Warranty

Limited Warranty Coverage:

The manufacturer (Ambermist) warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of its electric fireplace ("Product") that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of [number] years from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

Warranty Details:

Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Product, including the heating element, electronic controls, and other components, when used under normal residential conditions.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by improper maintenance.

Repair or Replacement: During the Warranty Period, if a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Product or components without charge. Repairs or replacements may be performed with new or refurbished parts, subject to availability.

Obtaining Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, Purchaser must contact Ambermist either telephone or email, and provide your details, once we confirm your details a claim will be processed.  

Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser who purchased the Product from an authorized retailer.

No Other Warranties: This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Manufacturer for the Product, and no other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, apply

• The electric fireplace must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a return.

2. Return Procedure:

• To initiate a return, please contact us via telephone or email  to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• Upon receiving the RMA number, securely package the electric fireplace along with all its components and accessories, ensuring it is adequately protected during transit.

3. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part.

• We recommend using a traceable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value to safeguard against loss or damage during transit.

4. Inspection and Refund Process:

• Once we receive the returned electric fireplace, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

• If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

• Refunds will be processed for the purchase price of the electric fireplace, excluding any shipping fees, unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part.

5. Exclusions:

• Returns of electric fireplaces that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may be subject to a restocking fee or may be refused at our discretion.

We provide a 5 year warranty for this fire.

What is the delivery time?
We offer free delivery within 3 working days on all our electric fires if you are in England. If outiside of England, like Scotland or Wales please contact us to further discuss.

Do you have any installers for this fire? 
We currently advise you to find your own installation team for your fire if you feel you cannot install it yourself.

What logs are included. 

You will received a set of medium to small sized Canyon ceramic logs with crystals. 

Can you offer different logs?.

We do offer LUXE woodland logs sets for the LUXE series, these are real logs that have been cut down to suit, and burnt supplied in an array of Small, Medium & Large logs.
