Air curtain technology.

The luxe comes with Air curtain technology, thus cool air is inducted in the top vent and hot air is distributed evenly back out. The powerfull heater is capable of Twin heat settings 1000w & 1500W, use the Auto adjustable temperature settings to control the temperature between 50-86°F. Just set and the fireplace will make sure the room is controlled with the built in thermostat. Furthermore we have introduced a new low noise heater (28 dB) enabling you to enjoy warm cosy nights.

The LUXE series comes with the innovative 2024 PROFLAME™ technology, our closest iteration to a real flame. The flame is extra BRIGHT, DYNAMIC and FLICKERS just like the real thing, guaranteed to set the ambience in your living spaces.

Our black gloss mirrored screen allows the light to penetrate through to create the flames, whilst reflecting the logs and stones that are placed on the ember bed. As a result, this creates a flame in-between the logs effect, multi-dimensional and depth to the display.

Want ultimate euthentic look? then what better way to create a campfire look by selecting the optional Woodland log set. Our technicians select real oak wood, careful cut and crafted and arranged in a combination of large, medium and small sized logs. To finish off, our team will scorch the logs to create the ultimate burning wood authenticity and earthy feel.

Smouldering burning embers.

Place the dedicated crystals, or custom burning embers media on the ember bed, and allow the light and flickering feature of the ember bed to create a hot smouldering burning ember effect.

Configurable installation.

Front facing: You may fully recessed the fireplace into the wall by adding two supplied blanking panels to create a front glass only view.

Corner view: The cornered view can be created by covering up either right or left hand side, this option is useful at times where the room doesn't allow for three sided view, nevertheless this options still looks very stylish and contemporary.

Three-sided view: The panoramic view is where all sides are left open and enclosed by the thick tempered glass enabling all sides to be viewed. Hence panoramic. The result is truly breathtaking.

Warranty;

At Ambermist, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction - from the start of the enquiry to years down the line we want to know that we supported each and every one of our customers. To this end, we will honour 3 years FREE warranty with all items purchased directly from us.

What this means is in a unlikely event that a part fails, or is damaged (such as a glass break) our trained service engineers will replace and install all electrical/non-electrical parts in order to replenish your display back up to quality standards, Ensuring you can enjoy your purchase all year round.

As a standard we will honour 3 year free guarantee, although if you wish to unlock the extra two years - for free - the registration form must be completed below within the first month. If completed within the time frame, two years warranty will be added when year three ends. 5 years in total.

Electric Fireplace Warranty

Limited Warranty Coverage:

The manufacturer (Ambermist) warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of its electric fireplace ("Product") that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of [number] years from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

Warranty Details:

Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Product, including the heating element, electronic controls, and other components, when used under normal residential conditions.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by improper maintenance.
Repair or Replacement: During the Warranty Period, if a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Product or components without charge. Repairs or replacements may be performed with new or refurbished parts, subject to availability.
Obtaining Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, Purchaser must contact Ambermist either telephone or email, and provide your details, once we confirm your details a claim will be processed.
Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser who purchased the Product from an authorized retailer.
No Other Warranties: This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Manufacturer for the Product, and no other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, apply.

Return Policy;

At Ambermist, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your electric fireplace purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as seamless as possible. Please review the following guidelines for returning your electric fireplace:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

Electric fireplaces are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The electric fireplace must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a return.

2. Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, please contact us via telephone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Upon receiving the RMA number, securely package the electric fireplace along with all its components and accessories, ensuring it is adequately protected during transit.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part.
We recommend using a traceable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value to safeguard against loss or damage during transit.

4. Inspection and Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned electric fireplace, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Refunds will be processed for the purchase price of the electric fireplace, excluding any shipping fees, unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part.

5. Exclusions:

Returns of electric fireplaces that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may be subject to a restocking fee or may be refused at our discretion.
Customized or special-order electric fireplaces are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
